Evolve can help you find a home to suit your needs whether you chose to rent, buy or are interested in shared-ownership opportunities.
We can advise about renting homes in the area and can put you in touch with a number of housing associations which have properties available. We also act as the Sefton and North Liverpool neighbourhood office for Plus Dane Group.
Evolve can also offer advise about affordable home ownership opportunities in the area. This includes newly built homes which can be purchased outright or on a shared-ownership basis (part own - part rent); there are also opportunities to buy refurbished homes which have been modernised to a high standard. There is a wide choice of homes to suit people's requirements ranging from one bedroom apartments to five bedroom houses.
